Ethica Management Group Ltd,  As your Sourcing Partner have a formal agreement with Delcon Maritime Tank Terminal  to source and facilitates the full process.

Please, see below full consideration and explanation of the leasing Procedures.

A- Before the leasing of storage tanks and issuance of a Tank Storage Lease Agreement (TSA) to a prospective tank lessee, find below are the terms, conditions and procedure forleasing storage tank with our reputable company:

1. Prospective tank lessee issues an official Letter of Intent *(LOI)* stating the exact product, quantity and port of of clients choice such as: *(Rotterdam, Jurong, Fujairah,Qingdao or Houston)* where the storage tanks will be needed at.

2.Tank Farm issues the Tank Storage Lease Agreement (TSA) as per Prospective tank lessee’s LOI. Prospective tank lessee signs and returns the TSA. (No payment needed before TSA is issued, as issuance and signing of a TSA is free).

3.Prospective tank lessee requests for invoice, Tank Farm issues the payment invoice to the Prospective tank lessee. Prospective tank lessee
makes payment and reverts with the payment slip to secure the storage tanks for its utilization when needed.

4. Tank Farm issues the Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) to the Prospective tank lessee with the tank numbers and tank details.

5. If need be, meeting could be scheduled (optional) but only after securing of the storage tanks. Peradventure the tank isn’t utilized by the Prospective tank lessee, the whole sum paid will be reimbursed in full

Note:

1) We as the tank farm never sign/endorse any document on behalf of the prospective tank lessee neither do we issue any document in favor of the
prospective tank lessee until after the storage tanks have been paid for and successfully leased from us by the prospective tank lessee.

2) No payment is made for issuance of TSA (it is free).
